DU Third Seat Allotment 2025 - University of Delhi has released the DU 2025 third seat allotment on August 13 at admission.uod.ac.in. Candidates can accept their allotted seat in DU 3rd seat allotment till August 17. Aspirants who have appeared for the CUET exam can check the seat allotment. The Delhi University has released the DU 2025 3rd seat allotment in pdf format. The DU third seat allotment contains details about the candidates information including seats and ranks according to the colleges and courses. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to check the DU 3rd seat allotment 2025 list.
Step 1 - Visit the official website of DU admissions - admission.uod.ac.in.

Step 2 - On the home page, click on the ‘CSAS 2025’ link.

Step 3 - The DU CSAS portal will get displayed on the screen. Now, log in using the ‘CUET Application Number’ and ‘Password’.

Step 4 - The CSAS candidates portal will be displayed on the screen. Therein, candidates can enter their CUET application number and password to check the status of the DU 2025 third seat allocation.

Step 5 - Take a screenshot of it and keep it safe for future reference.
Once the DU seat is allotted, the candidate will have to accept the seat by visiting the candidate's portal.
The respective college will check the candidate's application and verify the following details -
2. Program-specific eligibility.
3. Subject Mapping: DU will consider only those CUET subjects in which the candidate has passed class 12.
4. Validity and authenticity of documents/certificates submitted by the candidate.
During the approval process, the college may raise a query on the candidate’s dashboard. Candidates have to respond to the query in the given time duration, else it may lead to rejection of the provisionally allotted seat.
Once the seat is approved by the college, candidates will have to submit the admission fee to complete the DU admission 2025.
If the seats at DU colleges remain vacant after the DU third seat allotment, then Delhi University will announce the spot admission round. Candidates who have applied for DU UG admission 2025, but were not admitted to any college can participate in the spot admissions.
Candidates can log in to the official website and select the ‘Spot Admission’ option available on the candidate's dashboard. The admission of all already admitted candidates will be locked, and they will not be considered for seat upgradation. Already admitted candidates will not be allowed to withdraw their admissions.
Delhi University will release the vacant seats DU round 3 in September 2025. Students can check the vacant seats of DU round 3 by visiting the official website of Delhi University. Candidates can apply for admission in Delhi University based on the DU 3rd round vacant seats. The DU vacant seats after round 3 will be prepared based on the vacant seats of all the DU affiliated colleges.

If a candidate has taken admission to the DU UG course but wishes to withdraw the admission then they can do so by applying for the same online. The ‘Withdraw’ option is available on the candidate's dashboard on the official website. The candidate has to pay a withdrawal fee of Rs. 1000.00 (non-refundable).
