CUET Marking Scheme for Each Subject

According to the marking scheme, students will be awarded +5 for each subject. -1 will be awarded for each correct answer. Being one question is of 5 marks. So, the maximum marks in each CUET paper is 50*5 =250.

How To Calculate CUET Marks for 5 Subjects

Each CUET paper = 250 marks

So, CUET marks for 5 subjects = 250*5 =1250.

There is also a negative marking in each CUET paper. 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

CUET Total Marks Calculation

The CUET marks can be calculated in three ways. The CUET result 2025 can be prepared using percentile and NTA score. Let us know these things in detail -

CUET Raw Score: The raw score of the CUET examination can be calculated easily using the answer key. One must know the marking scheme for the examination. The CUET result does not show the raw score of the candidates.

CUET NTA Score: The NTA provides NTA score instead of raw score. As the CUET examination is conducted in different shifts, the NTA score is provided to compensate for the difficulty level of the shifts. The CUET NTA score is calculated using the different formula which is mentioned in the CUET UG information brochure.

CUET Percentile: It is normalised marks which is calculated using the special formula. While calculating percentile one must need the number of candidates who appeared in the CUET examination.
